    Aliansce Sonae’s collaborators have access to a distance learning platform where they can obtain continuous training in technical matters and soft skills. The DNA Program provides Coaching Programs and workshops on leadership, management, and strategic pillars to managers.

  • Attraction Program

    Professionals that are just starting their careers can join our ALSO Internship and Traineeship Program. The Internship Program is focused on interns’ individual development. The Traineeship Program allows trainees to work in the company’s different business areas and at shopping malls, besides receiving mentoring.
