Shopping Tabõao

Enhanced leadership in Taboão da Serra.

Part of an ambitious master plan, the second expansion of Shopping Taboão has the purpose of emphasizing its importance as the region’s main attraction. The project is inspired by large urban parks, and flowing and dynamic spaces that allow better connection with the surroundings, adopting a new vision of the city’s streets and squares. Culture, entertainment, fashion, and gastronomy together in a new space.

The project includes the renovation of the mall areas, by substituting the tiles on floors and columns, modernizing the visual communication, building new living areas, and completely renewing the food court, in line with the new concept adopted for the expansion of the mall.

The expansion will add another 96 stores (4 of which will be anchor stores), new VIP movie theater auditoriums, 4 new restaurants, baby-changing facilities, and new modern and comfortable restrooms. It will also provide covered parking with 820 parking spaces, a new space for a bicycle rack, and a service promenade, all integrated into a large and charming event area.
