Franca Shopping was the first shopping and entertainment center in the São Paulo outskirts. It was conceived to be an open mall with an iconic internal lake.
It is conveniently located on a site that can be easily accessed through Avenida Rio Amazonas and Rodovia Cândido Portinari. The mall is ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified, in acknowledgment of the system and the best practices adopted concerning the Environment, Safety & Health.
